Indole-3-Butyric 200ml Liquid Fresh Pack by the Plant Growth Company.
 
1 - Remove vial from the bottle. 
2 - Fill bottle with warm water leaving an inch gap at the top.
3 - Pour vial in and shake well. You now have a concentrate.
 
Use at 1ml per litre during first 4 weeks of veg cycle.
